It's fast. It's made fresh right in front of you. It's cheap. And it is pretty much what you expect Chinese food to taste like in central Kansas. When I lived in Great Bend, I ate here frequently. It's been through new ownership since then, but is still a well-managed place. My only complaint concerns the lack of a fountain drink machine and ice dispenser. Almost every food place on Earth has one, so just pony up the money to Coke or Pepsi. Its absence really hurts the dine-in experience.
